Having trouble downloading e-books, using online services or setting up a new device or laptop? We can help!

Set up a one-on-one appointment with a e-specialist and we can walk you through step by step on how to use technology, learn software or download the latest materials from the library's growing digital media collections.

Contact the location of your choice and speak to a staff member about signing up for an e-specialist appointment or schedule one yourself here. Please note that available appointments only show in the calendar at least 24 hours from the current time and up to one month in advance.


  • Appointment times are limited at various locations.
  • In the event that you cannot attend your appointment, please contact the branch so that we may plan to help other customers during that time.
  • In some cases, we may be able to assist you through email or at one of our walk-in Open Labs or free classes. These services do not require an appointment and you may be able to receive help more quickly through these options.
  • E-specialists cannot troubleshoot or repair damaged hardware or devices.
